How it works

  1. 1

    Add your locations

Your local time zone is detected automatically. Search a city or country to add your customers. For countries with multiple time zones, choose the right city or region.

  2. 2

    Find the shared hours

Pick a date, then click and drag across the timeline to select a time range. Adjust each location’s working hours and days. Green shows when everyone is working.

  3. 3

    Share a good time

Select a suggested time, copy the local times, share the plan, or download a calendar event to send to your customer.

Why this matters

Start with where your customer is

A city is easier to get right than a time-zone abbreviation. Search the customer’s location and let the planner map it to a named time zone. For countries with several zones, choose the city or region that matches their location.

Compare the whole meeting

A convenient start is only useful if the whole call fits. The planner checks every 15-minute interval of the meeting against each participant’s working hours and working days, including overnight shifts and dates across the international date line.

Use the date of the actual call

Daylight-saving changes do not happen everywhere at once. Pick the date you intend to meet so the local times and overlap reflect that day’s rules. Use “Show times in” to view the day and time scale in your location or a customer’s location.

This tool compares the working hours you configure. Confirm the proposed time with your customer; their calendar, holidays, and time off are not connected.

Common questions

Yes. Search by city, country name, or country code. A country with one time zone can be added directly. Countries with multiple time zones show a choice of cities or regions so you can pick the customer’s actual location.
