Multi-page navigation inside preview links

- Delete Project moved into a dedicated Danger Zone section.
- Added a Delete All Comments action that requires confirmation first.
Expandable sidebar in the new project wizard
- The sidebar on the new project wizard can now expand and collapse.
- Matches the behavior already available elsewhere in the portal.
AI & Agents
Sortable agents list and alphabetical agent picker
- The Agents list now sorts by last used or usage.
- The Workspace Agent is always pinned first.
- The Run Agents picker on New Project now lists agents alphabetically.
Accurate enforcement percentage display
- The utilization indicator on agent review rows now reflects the real enforcement percentage.
- Previously always showed the same fixed amount.
Project Listing
More accurate project and comment filters
- Filters on the projects list and comment views now match what's displayed.
- Fixes cases where status or activity filters returned wrong results.
Accurate installed status for active projects
- Projects with existing comments no longer show as Not Installed.

Consistent kanban column widths
- Status columns on the project board now render at equal width.
