## What this does

The toolbar works on real phones and tablets. Findings land tagged by device. Agents check both views. Your client reviews from their phone.

Both views, one review

Cross-device review is one toolbar on desktop, phone, and tablet - comments land in one place, tagged by the view they came from.

## Capabilities

Superflow gets you from Reviewed at a Desk to Both Views Signed Off.

| Capability | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Where you review | Open the site on a real phone or tablet, or emulate any screen in your browser - on production or on the staging link before it goes live. |
| What comes back | Every comment records the view it was left on, and agents check both views the moment the site changes - same checklist, no extra setup. |
| The client's side | The review link opens the mobile view natively, so your client comments and approves from the phone already in their hand. |

## Detail

- **Where you review: Real-device review.** Open the site on an actual phone or tablet. The toolbar comes with it, so comments pin right on the spot.
- **Where you review: Browser device mode.** No phone handy? Emulate any screen in the browser you already use. Findings still land tagged.
- **Where you review: Live sites and staging.** Review both views on production, or on the staging link before it goes live.
- **What comes back: Device-tagged findings.** Every comment records the view it was left on. Filter the sidebar to just mobile before launch.
- **What comes back: Agents on both views.** Cramped tap targets and clipped headlines get flagged on mobile even when desktop passes. Same checklist, no extra setup.
- **The client's side: The client's phone.** The review link opens the mobile view natively: no account, no login, no app, from their phone.
- **The client's side: Client review.** The full no-account sign-off flow is its own page.

## How to start

Three steps, no engineer required.

1. **Add the snippet in 30 seconds.** Or upload a file. One click for WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify.
2. **Open the page on any device.** A real phone, a tablet, or your browser's device mode. The toolbar is already there.
3. **Comment on what you see.** The finding lands tagged with the device.
4. **Agents check both views.** The moment the site changes, every view gets the same pass.

## Questions and answers

### Do I need a device lab?

No. Any phone or tablet that opens the site works, and your browser's device mode covers the rest.

### Is there a viewport toggle in the toolbar?

No. You review on real devices, or in your browser's device mode. What you see is what your visitors get, not a simulation of it.

### How do findings get their device tag?

Automatically, from the view they were left on. Nobody labels anything.

### Do agents review the mobile view?

Yes. Both views, every change, same checklist.

### What does my client see on their phone?

The mobile site itself, with the toolbar. They tap, comment, approve.

### Does this work on staging?

Yes. Live sites and staging both.

## About Superflow

Superflow is a website and creative-asset review tool. Its agents watch every page of a site, report what changed, and route findings to the people who approve them. Teams leave contextual feedback on live sites, staging environments, PDFs, images, videos, and Lottie animations, and comments sync two-way with Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Slack, Webflow, and Google Tag Manager.
