This changelog covers everything shipped between 2 Aug and 16 Aug. Previews got a lot more usable, project setup got sturdier, and a handful of smaller fixes cleaned up rough edges across the portal.

## Workflow

### Multi-page navigation inside preview links

- Visitors using a shared preview link, install wizard, or public preview can now click through other pages.
- Previously limited to viewing a single page.

### Improved loading state for preview review results

- The review summary shows placeholder content while loading instead of an empty card.
- Now clearly indicates when no review agents were run.

### Faster mobile preview QR code

- The mobile preview QR code now appears reliably on the first click.
- Previously required repeated clicks.

### More reliable page loads after updates

- Pages like New Project, Settings, and Analytics now load reliably after a portal update.
- Previously would occasionally fail to load.

## Project Settings

### Clearer handling of unreachable sites during setup

- Setup now shows a clear message when a site can't be reached.
- Stops repeated checking and lets project creation continue instead of failing.

### Project settings Danger Zone

- Delete Project moved into a dedicated Danger Zone section.
- Added a Delete All Comments action that requires confirmation first.

### Expandable sidebar in the new project wizard

- The sidebar on the new project wizard can now expand and collapse.
- Matches the behavior already available elsewhere in the portal.

## AI & Agents

### Sortable agents list and alphabetical agent picker

- The Agents list now sorts by last used or usage.
- The Workspace Agent is always pinned first.
- The Run Agents picker on New Project now lists agents alphabetically.

### Accurate enforcement percentage display

- The utilization indicator on agent review rows now reflects the real enforcement percentage.
- Previously always showed the same fixed amount.

## Project Listing

### More accurate project and comment filters

- Filters on the projects list and comment views now match what's displayed.
- Fixes cases where status or activity filters returned wrong results.

### Accurate installed status for active projects

- Projects with existing comments no longer show as Not Installed.
- Fixes an incorrect status on the project list.

## Task Management

### Consistent kanban column widths

- Status columns on the project board now render at equal width.
- No longer varies based on column content.

### Toolbar and comment display updates

- The arrow annotation tool was removed from the toolbar's creation menu.
- Existing arrow annotations still display as before.
- The comment visibility toggle now correctly hides comment pins, not just minimap markers.

## Team/User Management

### Smoother sign-up verification

- The confirmation screen now locks while sign-in completes.
- Prevents a second submission from triggering a false code-expired error.

## Integrations

### Framer site install support

- Framer customers can install the review toolbar by pasting their project link and API key.
- Adds a second install path alongside the Framer plugin.
